Brandon Hodge

Brandon Hodge is a Vice President and Project Partner for Lincoln Avenue Communities. He joined Lincoln Avenue Communities in February of 2021 as a Director. He has worked in the real estate development field for the past 7 years and is focused on the new construction as well as acquisition/preservation and rehabilitation of affordable housing. In his current role, Brandon leads deal teams in the development of affordable housing across the country. This includes every part of the development process—from identifying potential opportunities to their lease-up and stabilization. Prior to joining LAC, Brandon worked for one of the nation’s largest affordable housing developers where he directly worked on the acquisition and development of over 1,200 affordable housing units utilizing the 4% LIHTC. Brandon holds a B.S. in Finance from Iowa State University and currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
