Tikisha Wilson

Tikisha Wilson is an experienced Mortgage, Real Estate, and Banking professional, she is passionate about affordable housing and housing equality. Tikisha currently serves as the Director of Single-Family Programs at the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA). Tikisha oversees DCHFA’s homeownership assistance programs, to include DC Open Doors, DC4ME and the Home Purchase Assistance Program. Prior to joining DCHFA, Tikisha served as the Housing Center Director with the Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL) and previously served as the Mortgage Loan Closing and Shipping Manager for Tennessee’s Housing Finance Agency, (THDA). Tikisha is a Tennessee native where she is a Licensed Realtor and holds a Residential Mortgage Underwriting Certification.
