Garrett LeDonne

Garrett LeDonne serves as a Senior Vice President for Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. Mr. LeDonne is responsible for underwriting housing tax credit and market rate investments across a 17-state footprint. After projects are awarded, he negotiates debt and equity financing. He further assists with lender and investor due diligence processes, and ensures adherence to budgets, Section 42, and state Qualified Allocation Plan requirements. Throughout his 9-year career at Woda Cooper, Mr. LeDonne has underwritten over 150 awarded tax credit deals totaling over $140 million in annual LIHTC.

Prior to joining Woda Cooper Companies, Mr. LeDonne worked for Caesars Entertainment as a Senior Gaming Analyst. Mr. LeDonne is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics.
