Perica Bell

Perica Bell is April Housing’s Head of Preservation, leading the company’s work to preserve the affordability of its portfolio while also improving its communities.
Prior to joining April Housing, Perica was Head of Originations and Division Manager for MUFG Union Bank’s Community Development Finance Division, working to finance the construction and preservation of affordable housing. Perica started her career as project manager for a premier non-profit affordable housing developer where she managed all phases of affordable multi-family project development, from site acquisition through development stabilization.
Perica holds a BA from the University of California, Irvine, a Master of Public Administration from California State University Long Beach, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She serves on the advisory committees of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, the board of directors for Jamboree Housing Corporation, and the planning commission for the City of Signal Hill.
