Jay Hill

Jay Hill was born and raised in the small town of Montrose, PA in Northeastern, PA. Jay grew up in a farming community and raised and competed with Horses from a very young age up in until graduating from HS. Jay’s roots stem from English, Scottish, Polish and German heritage. Upon graduating HS he attended Syracuse University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Mathematics and is the first person in his family to have obtained a 4 year degree. He is a proud SU alum and Football, Basketball and Lacrosse fan. In 2006 he joined Freddie Mac as an analyst within the Default Servicing Team and worked within Servicing and Operations within different roles supporting and leading teams within Loss Mitigation, Non-Profit Outreach Programs, Project Management and Business Analysis through 2017 leaving to go work for a Non Profit Housing Counseling Agency for 2 years. In 2020 he returned to Freddie Mac and now works within the Servicing Policy Team continuing to support efforts to preserve and expand homeownership.
