Wendy Fitzhugh

Wendy Fitzhugh is the Vice President of HUD Programs at the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). With over 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Wendy is a HOTMA expert and speaks at conferences and training events nationwide. She has direct experience with Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), HOME, Shelter Plus Care, Continuum of Care, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Project-Based Vouchers, and the SRO Mod Rehab Program. She is dedicated to developing training to help professionalize affordable housing management teams.
