Greg Heller

Greg Heller is a Director at Guidehouse, a global management consulting firm, where he leads the Housing & Community Solutions practice. Greg works with a range of public-sector and commercial clients on projects focused on energy efficient housing, affordable housing finance, and resilient communities. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Greg spent five-and-a-half years as Executive Director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, responsible for managing many of the City’s affordable housing programs and investments, large site redevelopments, and capital projects. He also led a national consulting practice focused on socially responsible real estate. Greg has written a number of articles on topics relating to housing, resilience, and community development. He also wrote a biography of Philadelphia’s former city planning director. Greg serves on the Urban Land Institute’s national public-private partnership (P3) product council. Greg graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. He lives with his wife and two sons in Philadelphia.
