Benjamin Killion

Ben Killion is an Executive Director in Wells Fargo’s Public Finance Group and has nine years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Mr. Killion provides a wide range of services to state and local housing finance agencies, residential developers, and direct lenders. These services include bond structuring, rating agency analysis, consolidated cash flows, and tax law yield computations. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he worked at Caine Mitter & Associates Incorporated serving as a municipal advisor and quantitative consultant to over 20 state HFAs. Mr. Killion graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics.
