Talia Kahn-Kravis

As Assistant Director of Homeownership Programs at Oregon Housing & Community Services, Talia manages programs that support a vast network of community nonprofits that provide resources to help people attain and sustain homeownership, as well as develop new homes for purchase. Prior to joining OHCS, Talia worked at a variety of nonprofits, local and national, focused on economic justice and asset building. Sheโ€™s managed financial education and IDA programs, established a community development financial institution seeking to increase access to safe and affordable credit products, and researched social welfare policies. Talia has a masterโ€™s degree in Public Administration from the University of Washingtonโ€™s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance.
