Brian Rossello

Brian has been with Delaware State Housing since 2001 and has held several key positions during his tenure. In July of 2025, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where he now oversees the Department of Finance. Brian has played a pivotal role in assisting the agency with financing over $2 billion in first mortgage lending. Under his leadership, the agency has successfully returned to tax-exempt lending, issuing more than $650 million since January 2024.

In addition to his expertise in single-family lending, Brian also manages the state’s foreclosure prevention and rental assistance programs, ensuring critical support for Delawareans in need.

Outside of his work with DSHA, Brian enjoys spending time with his family working in their flower business in New Jersey.
