Director, U.S. Public Finance
She is primarily responsible for analyzing a portfolio of public and private ratings for community development financial institutions, state housing finance agencies, affordable housing loan programs, military housing projects, and other similar credits. She also contributes to CDSL criteria and research. Additionally, Teresa is cross-skilled in rating public finance revenue-supported entities, structured finance securities, data analytics, and ESG.
Prior to joining Fitch in 2018, Teresa was a rating analyst on S&P Global Ratings’ affordable housing team for 7 years. She also has prior experience with large-scale organizational projects such as platform development for risk management functions.
Teresa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors from DePaul University. She is a member of the Municipal Analyst Group of Chicago and Women in Public Finance.
