Jessica Boling

Jessica Boling serves as the Assistant Deputy Director at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, a position appointed by Governor Evers in 2022. Her visionary leadership is driving WHEDA towards becoming a data-centric organization, where she will spearhead the development of statewide housing strategies. With a multifaceted background encompassing political campaigns, angel investing, and community development and organizing, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Additionally, she holds the position of Co-Chair for the Asian American Pacific Islander Coalition of Wisconsin, a prominent statewide coalition dedicated to advocating for the AAPI community.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Seattle University and a Master’s degree from Boston College.
