Russell Condas

Russell Condas is a Partner and Senior Vice President at Lincoln Avenue Communities, where he oversees the Development, Construction, and Origination teams. In this role, he plays a central part in driving the company’s strategic growth, while overseeing all phases of project execution from inception through delivery. His leadership supports the company’s mission to expand access to high-quality, affordable housing across the United States.

With 15 years of experience in affordable housing, Russell has worked extensively with federal, state, and local programs to address the national housing crisis through innovative and impactful solutions. He has led teams through complex transactions spanning new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, historic adaptive re-use, and large-scale portfolio acquisitions. His efforts have contributed to the creation and preservation of approximately 20,000 affordable housing units nationwide.
