Dawn Fisher

Dawn Fisher is the DEIB, Employee Engagement, and Executive Communication Officer at Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA). This role allows her to connect colleagues across departments, keep employees informed about what is happening at CHFA, lead DEIB focused work groups, and participate in a host of other collaborative efforts. Dawn believes in finding common ground, creating brave and safe spaces, learning from each other’s stories, and engaging in real conversations. She also believes that the world today offers us countless opportunities to be kind, to increase our cultural awareness, and to acknowledge our differences while exploring our commonalities. Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton. In her free time, Dawn enjoys hiking, reading, and hanging with her tripod golden doodles.
