Patricia Hensley

Patricia Hensley started in the Affordable Housing Industry in 2007 as an Office Assistant to an Austin based Developer. Before leaving, Patricia had been promoted to Operations Director and had performed many other titles and duties. After discovering a love of compliance, Patricia joined the team at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. At TDHCA she was a Compliance Monitor and was a Trainer for all Affordable Housing programs monitored by the Department. Patricia took her love of compliance to another private Owner/Developer where she created a complete Compliance Department that resulting in consistent zero findings monitoring review. Currently, Patricia is the Vice President of Compliance at an Indiana based Developer, in which she is responsible for maintaining compliance for approximately 15,000 units spread across 17 states.

In addition to holding multiple affordable housing educational designations, Patricia currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Housing Credit Certified Professionals (HCCP) for the National Association of Home Builders as well as being co-chair of the Compliance Committee for the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP).
