Daniel Rogers

Dan currently oversees the realigned national lending platform for USDA Rural Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing, as its Director of Production and Preservation. Prior to joining USDA, Dan spent 10 years at HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing, overseeing New England’s FHA-insured and HUD-assisted Multifamily Housing portfolio, specializing in the recapitalization and preservation of affordability of FHA-insured and Section 8-assisted assets. In addition, Dan has worked on the state and local levels in Massachusetts, underwriting affordable housing development and preservation transactions, involving multiple conventional and public resources in various forms of capital stacks.
