Jeanne Redondo

Jeanne Redondo joined the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority in 2021, where she oversees the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program to develop and preserve affordable rental properties.

Ms. Redondo’s 28 years of professional real estate experience includes 13 years administering affordable housing program funding sources such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME and Housing Trust Funds. Prior to that she developed affordable housing projects totaling over $200 million using those sources, as well as private activity bonds, HUD’s 202 and 811 Capital Advance and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
