Jason Connolly serves as President of HOTB Software Solutions, a technology and services firm headquartered in Irvine, California, specializing in enterprise-grade software platforms for government and public sector clients. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology and housing finance sectors, Jason is known for his strategic leadership and commitment to delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that drive measurable impact.

At HOTB, Jason leads company operations across software development, program implementation, business development, and client engagement. He plays a hands-on role in aligning HOTB’s product strategy with the evolving needs of government agencies, ensuring each solution is designed to meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and usability.

Before joining HOTB, Jason held senior leadership roles in various Southern California technology and finance firms, where he led cross-functional teams in software engineering, digital transformation, and enterprise project delivery. His experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and government, providing him with a versatile and practical approach to problem-solving at scale.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC). He is an active member of the technology community and participates in regional innovation networks and industry associations.
