Chris Weber

Chris Weber is Senior Production Manager at Freddie Mac within the Multifamily division. Over the past 17 years at Freddie Mac, Chris has worked in several roles within the organization underwriting affordable housing, seniors housing, and structured transactions. Most recently, he joined Freddie Mac’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Production team which re-entered the market in 2018. He now manages the group which has deployed over $4 billion for LIHTC Equity investments creating and/or preserving over 30,000 affordable housing units.
