As HFA Senior Product Manager at ProLink Solutions, Kelly’s responsibilities span the entire customer journey on ProLink products. She prepares training plans for new customers based on process discovery as part of the new customer on-boarding process at ProLink. Those training plans are maintained and updated based on changes that occur with the customer as well as the industry overall. Kelly supports the Product, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams to deliver timely and relevant product enhancements as well as resolutions in customer questions and issues.
