Jennifer Robinson

Jennifer Robinson serves as Vice President of Tax Credit Programs for the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). For over 20 years Jen has worked in the affordable housing industry, including roles in property management, compliance monitoring, consulting, education, and training development. Jen has hands-on experience with a variety of HUD programs, USDA Rural Development, HOME, and specializes in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC). Currently, Jen teaches a variety of courses online for NCHM and is responsible for developing new course content for all LIHTC-related certification programs.
