Damian Busch

Damian is a senior vice president in Jefferies public finance housing and real estate group. Damian has over 18 years of housing finance experience, having senior managed over $20 billion of affordable housing financings over his career. Prior to joining Jefferies, he spent ten years at Barclays and three years at Citi, both in the affordable housing space, preceded by 5 years at the quantitative advisory firm cfX Inc., focused on structuring, cash flows, and numerical analyses for a variety of State HFAs. Damian received his BS in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, and his MSc in Financial Markets from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Damian Busch also serves as adjunct faculty and advisor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, advising research projects aimed at advancing the policy goals of municipal entities nationwide.
