Lynn Alley

Lynn Roque Alley is a Director on Fannie Mae’s Single Family Affordable Lending Team.  She leads the company’s Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and Community Development Financial institution (CDFI) relationships across the country.

Lynn joined Fannie Mae in January 2015 after 11 years with Freddie Mac, where she was a Director in their Affordable Lending and Housing Outreach Team. In that role, Lynn managed the affordable lending relationships with various national, regional and community lenders.

Prior to Freddie Mac, Lynn worked at GMAC Mortgage with their affordable lending group.  Before entering the mortgage finance business, Lynn was a project manager at The Community Builders, a national nonprofit housing developer. Lynn also worked on community and economic development projects at the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in Atlantic City (CRDA), New Jersey.

Lynn earned a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.  She serves on several local nonprofit boards.
