David Sullivan, Managing Director of Bond Finance from August 2023 to present; GHFA Financial Analyst November 2022 to August 2023; International Settlements Accounting Manager, Global Payments Inc., January 2022 to September 2022; GHFA Senior Accounting Manager for GHFA Bond Fund, September 2020 to January 2022; GHFA Accounting Manager for GHFA Bond Fund, January 2017 to September 2020; Accounting Manager for Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), July 2016 to January 2017; Accounting Supervisor for GRTA, January 2014 to July 2016; Staff Accountant for GRTA, October 2013 to January 2014.

Mr. Sullivan has been an integral part of the Bond program for all of his tenure at the Authority. He holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Management, from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
