Rebecca Anderson

Rebecca Anderson is the Director of Communications for the Tennessee Housing Development Agency where she leads the communications division and oversees all aspects of internal and external messaging to support the business and program initiatives of the organization. During her tenure with THDA, Anderson has introduced expanded communication tactics that align with current industry trends and evolving technology; reorganized staff roles to provide more efficient workflow; and introduced processes that improve the flow of information between the organization and key stakeholders. Prior to joining THDA, Anderson served as the Director of Communications and Fund Development for Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee as well as held several marketing and programmatic roles with the YMCA. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Advertising from the University of Tennessee.
