Lisa Nickerson

Lisa Nickerson joined Florida Housing Finance Corporation nine years ago and currently serves as the Multifamily Tax Credits Director where she oversees the allocation of federal low income housing tax credits for the development of affordable multifamily rental housing throughout the state. Prior to her current role, she served as the Multifamily Tax Credits Administrator for Florida Housing. Lisa has a diverse background in leadership and project and change management. Prior to joining Florida Housing, she spent 12 years in management roles at the Florida Department of Health. Lisa is a Certified Public Manager and holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
