Katone Glover

Katone Glover is the Director of the Asset Management Division at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) where he is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Division. Glover has been employed by NJHMFA for 18 years and has more than 30 years of program compliance, real estate, property management and loan servicing experience. He played a key role in the administration of New Jersey’s Homeowners Assistance Fund and Hardest Hit Fund Programs. Glover holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Corporate and Business Law from Delaware Law School and the Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation.
