Allen Feliz

Allen Feliz is the Vice President of Affordable & Public Housing at MRI Software. In this role, he leads market strategy, solution excellence and strategic growth initiatives for all U.S. subsidized housing products and services including tools for property management, accounting and asset management. Allen also represents MRI’s U.S. subsidized housing sector externally – a frequent panelist at industry conferences and writer, covering a host of relevant topics including trends in housing technology, property and asset management and compliance management. Before joining MRI in 2018, Allen co-founded TCAM, a third-party asset manager and consultant for capital providers of affordable and public housing. He led TCAM’s public sector and advisory business focused on for-profit and non-profit developers, state housing agencies and local housing authorities. Allen started his career in the Tax Credit Acquisitions department of MMA Financial (now Boston Financial). Allen holds a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a BA from Brown University.
