Mitch Kelly

Mitch Kelly is the Director for the Office of Housing Finance at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. In this role, Mitch oversees financing and development of multifamily affordable properties through the Agency’s allocation of federal/state housing credits and multifamily lending platform. Under Mitch, the Office has funded the construction or preservation of nearly 15,000 homes, originated more than $250 million in multifamily loans, and transitioned the state’s multifamily tax-exempt bond program to a competitively authorized process. Mitch joined the Department in 2020.
Mitch graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
