Ben Logue

Ben Logue is the Compliance Manager at Cinnaire, leading a team of compliance specialists overseeing a portfolio of nearly five hundred properties. The compliance team leads Cinnaire’s work in the timely identification and correction of compliance issues and provides guidance to help ensure ongoing compliance throughout the portfolio. A significant function of the team is to perform annual file reviews and on-site property inspections for the developments in Cinnaire’s nine state geography. The compliance team supports the work of Cinnaire’s asset management, development and investor relations departments. They are also a resource for our state HFA and development partners when they have LIHTC compliance questions.

Ben has lead responsibility for developing guidelines for internal compliance monitoring, identifying compliance trends throughout the portfolio and assisting in developing strategies to improve properties with ongoing compliance concerns.

Prior to joining Cinnaire, Ben had a thirteen-year career as a Paramedic/Firefighter, achieving the rank of Captain. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Siena Heights University in 2015.
