Joseph Hughes

Joseph Hughes, Subsidy Manager. Mr. Hughes manages subsidy programs for MassHousing. Joseph joined MassHousing in the Asset Management Division conducting financial, physical and compliance reviews of affordable housing developments. Mr. Hughes continues to manage MassHousing’s Subsidy Administration group and works with various affordable housing programs and associated regulatory matters. Prior to MassHousing, Mr. Hughes worked in market rate real estate, managing acquisition rehabilitation projects. Joseph has an MBA from Suffolk University and BS from Westfield State University and has served on various boards for many years.
