Marie Peace

Marie Peace serves as the Chief Compliance Officer overseeing compliance practices for more than 29,000 affordable apartment homes and has oversight responsibility for all The Franklin Johnston Group’s regulatory compliance requirements with affordable housing programs including, LIHTC, HUD, HOME, HPTF and Public Housing.

With more than 25 years of experience Marie has an extensive background in all facets of property management relating to affordable housing with a proven track record in compliance and oversight. Prior to joining The Franklin Johnston Group, Marie worked as a Tax Credit Consultant working with owners, investors, state agencies and management companies across the country. In addition to her responsibilities at TFJG, Marie is a regular panelist and trainer at multiple affordable housing conferences and currently serves as the 2024 Chair for the HCCP Board of Governors.
