Joe Prichard

Joe Prichard has a passion for affordably and safely housing Kentuckians! This attitude stems from his early years in affordable housing as an HQS and REAC/UPCS inspector and his time spent overseeing Kentucky Housing Corporation’s inspection team as manager. Being able to meet and speak daily with the families that Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) strives to help brought a broader sense of purpose to his current corporate role as Managing Director of Multifamily Asset Compliance.

Joe currently oversees the operations of several of KHC’s teams including the NSPIRE Inspections team, Multifamily Compliance, Asset Management, Multifamily Loan Servicing, and Construction Specialists.

He has worked for Kentucky Housing Corporation for 18 years.
