Sue Nance

Sue Nance is the Senior Business Development Officer in the Texas Homeownership Division with Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Sue has been with TDHCA for a total of 25 years in various departments and roles. She began her career with TDHCA in the Loan Servicing Department and was eventually promoted to Manager. Sue also worked in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program as their team lead and has worked in the Texas Homeownership Division for a total of 8 years.
