Oke Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President, Compliance (Fee) for LEDIC. Oke is responsible for cultivating new business and ensuring the successful management of the LEDIC Compliance Department. His compliance responsibilities include ensuring that all regulations are fulfilled on properties participating in the Low Income Housing Tax Credits program, various HUD programs or any other government program.
Oke has more than 22 years of experience in residential property management, specializing in properties with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Prior to joining LEDIC, his portfolio included communities with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Project Based Section 8, and Tax Exempt Bonds in the Washington, DC Metro area. Throughout his career, Oke has achieved success at every level of property management from on-site leasing to corporate compliance.
Oke graduated from the University of Virginia and holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Economics. Oke is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders and has served as a past Chair for the HCCP Board of Governors. Additionally, he has achieved his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
