Renee Dickinson

Ms. Dickinson began her career at Minnesota Housing in 1990 in the Legal Division. In 1994 she began monitoring properties with Low Income Housing Tax Credits for the Multifamily Division. She currently manages a team of six compliance officers who monitor more than 1,300 properties financed with federal and state resources. As MF Compliance Manager, Ms. Dickinson is responsible for implementing state and federal compliance and monitoring regulations, establishing monitoring policy and procedure and coordinating with Minnesota’s sub-allocators.
