Les Warner

Les Warner has over 27 years of experience working with affordable housing and the HOME program, including 20 years at the state level. He currently serves as the ICF liaison with OAHP for training and technical assistance. Current projects include the development of an online self-paced version of Building HOME expected to launch in 2019. Prior to joining ICF he served as the Office Chief for the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) where he oversaw the implementation of Ohio’s community development, affordable housing, economic development, and homeless assistance programs.
