Sara Singhas

Sara Singhas is Director of Loan Administration in the Public Policy and Industry Relations department at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In this role, she manages MBA’s legislative and regulatory strategy for residential loan administration and works with federal housing regulators, investors, and guarantors to improve and streamline servicing requirements. Sara also oversees MBA’s policy work related to natural disaster preparation and recovery and is a frequent speaker on industry issues. Prior to joining MBA, Sara worked with the Community Mortgage Banking Project and previously served as general counsel to the National Association of Secondary School Principals.

Sara received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s degree in International Management from the University of New Mexico.
