Susan Semba

As Idaho Housing and Finance Association’s Executive Vice President, Susan Semba oversees the single family programs including mortgage production, secondary marketing, loan servicing and housing counseling. She has extensive experience with Idaho Housing where she has worked for 35 years. Semba has a bachelors degree in Finance from Idaho State University and is an emeritus board member with the Idaho Mortgage Bankers Association.
