Waivers and Suspensions of HOME Program Requirements Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic
This September 28, 2021, memorandum revises and extends the availability of waivers and suspensions of HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program requirements in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. HUD originally published COVID-19-related waivers and program rule suspensions in April 2020 and updated that information in a memo issued in December 2020.
