Analysis: The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law — Implications for Affordable Housing
NCSHA commissioned UpLook Advisors to perform a high-level assessment of the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s implications for housing. The analysis highlights a number of new and existing programs addressing transportation and transit, energy efficiency and resilience, water systems, and broadband. Many of the programs will be administered at the state and local levels, with opportunities for HFAs to inform how and where funds are invested.
