NYSHCR has reinvented the way it awards 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, speeding the process for developers, staff and the people of New York State. The new HCR Multifamily Finance 9% RFP is now a bi-annual competitive process used to award and subsidy financing to developers of affordable and supportive multifamily housing projects.
