NCSHA Comments on Housing Trust Fund Final Rule
On June 25, 2021, NCSHA submitted these comments to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on its Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Interim Final Rule. NCSHA’s comments recommend changes in the rule to provide HTF administering entities more flexibility.
