NCSHA Comments to HUD on SAFMR Proposed Rule

The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed rule expanding the use of small area fair market rents (SAFMR) in certain metropolitan areas to replace HUD’s existing 50th percentile fair market rent (FMR) policy.
