The 2020 Multifamily Consolidated RFP Kickoff Event brought over 85 partners together representing approximately 40 diverse organizations in the affordable rental development industry ā nonprofit and for-profit developers, supportive housing service providers, other HTC allocating agencies in the state of Minnesota, local governments, other funding partners who award funding in collaboration with Minnesota Housing through our RFP, investors, architects, property management companies and more.
