The Iowa Finance Authority leveraged partnerships and innovative technology to build the COVID-19 Iowa Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Program from the ground up in a matter of weeks. The program was available for Iowans at risk of eviction or foreclosure upon the expiration the state's eviction and foreclosure moratorium and is projected to help tens of thousands of Iowans who have been economically impacted by COVID-19.
