HUD Notice CPD-21-10: Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program
This September 13, 2021, notice issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development establishes the requirements for the $5 billion provided under the American Rescue Plan Act through the HOME program (HOME-ARP) intended for use by HOME participating jurisdictions to provide housing and services for households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
