Learn how states are using HUD Section 811 funds and other resources to provide rental assistance for person with disabilities. Discuss how to finance new developments and set policies that ensure a percentage of new rental developments serve persons with disabilities, as well as how to coordinate housing and supportive services funding and work with federal agencies, other state agencies, nonprofits, developers, and residents.
