HOME Coalition Letter to House Financial Services Committee to Support BABA Exemption in Housing for the 21st Century Act
On December 15, 2025, members of the HOME Coalition, led by NCSHA, sent this letter to the House Financial Services Committee in support of maintaining Section 201, HOME Reform, in the Housing for the 21st Century Act exactly as written. The provision would exempt the HOME Investment Partnerships Program from the Build America, Buy America Act.
