FHFA Strategic Plan: Fiscal Years 2018 – 2022

In January 2018, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) released its final Strategic Plan for 2018-2022. The plan outlines FHFA’s goals and priorities for overseeing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBs).The plan outlines three major performance goals: ensuring safe and sound regulated entities; ensuring a liquid, stable, and accessible housing finance market; and managing the enterprises’ ongoing conservatorship.
